Chased by a huge monster, she stumbles onto Jio, a younger boy who obviously hates being interuppted in his sleep and kills the monster for that reason. Ruby treats him to a meal for thanks and you find out about the special weapons called O-Parts and their users Opts. Ruby runs into trouble and Jio saves her....they become "friends" and their travels begin, linked to the myterious O-Parts....
